We are very lucky to have a supportive and welcoming community around us, here are some of our friends and neighbours...

Salisbury House

The house dates back to the late 16th / early 17th century and is the oldest building in Edmonton apart from All Saints Church.  It is Grade II listed, along with some of the surrounding walls.  The house was a private residence and a school before it was bought by Edmonton Council in 1936.  The building was established as an arts centre in 1957 (the first to be provided by a local authority in London).  In 1992 it underwent a major restoration.

Today it hosts many community art classes and community events.  It is also the home to Love Your Doorstep and Artstart.

Details about classes at Salisbury House and hiring rooms for events can be found on the Enfield Festivals website.

Bury Lodge Bowls Club

Bury Lodge Bowls Club is a very friendly Club with an excellent social side and was originally founded in 1939.  The club competes in County and local competitions, as well as plenty of club bowling.  Beginners are welcome!

The club holds open afternoons throughout the year for new people to the sport to come along and give it a go.  Check out their Facebook and Twitter pages for more information, and keep an eye out for banners outside the park.

 Muddy Mutleys

Our friends at Muddy Mutleys hold regular dog training sessions in the walled garden in the park.  They can provide group training, 121 sessions and home visits.  More information can be found on the Muddy Mutleys website

Our Sponsors

We are very lucky to have the sponsorship of 2 local businesses whose support means that we are able to continue planting and maintaining the flower beds in the park. Thank you to Tessa Stevens Health and Beauty and The Dance School, N21.

Bush Hill Park Residents Association

The Residents Association has been working for residents of Bush Hill Park for over 80 years, by solving problems and promoting the well-being of the area. The group is a fantastic support to the park regarding local issues.  More information about the Residents Association can be found on their website.
